What's involved in a re-roof
A re-roof starts with a full survey of your existing structure. We assess the rafters, ridge board, and any timbers that may have been affected by water ingress over the years. Any damaged timber is replaced at no extra charge before the new roof goes on.
We strip the roof completely — tiles, felt, and battens — so nothing is simply patched over. New breathable felt and pressure-treated battens go down first, followed by your chosen tile or slate, finished with proper ridge, hip, and valley work. We don't cut corners on the details.
